A staircase from the parking lot leads to the first floor of the main building where the apartment George is located. On top of the staircase at right hand side the entrance leads to the spacious kitchen. Except a dining taple with four chairs there is a stove with oven, fridge, sink and a toast and grill device, as well as all usual culinary utensils..

This apartment has two separate bedrooms. The master bedroom opens to the front and has a balcony with sea view. On the balcony is another dining table. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a big wardrobe, a dressing table and two bedside tables.

The second bedroom has two single beds, a slightly smaller wardrobe, a dressing table and a bedside table. This room opens to a large balcony and a lovely backyard where another dining table is provided.

The shower room is renovated and very comfortable. It is accessible from the kitchen.

This apartment has a bright atmosphere which is emphasized by the coulors we used.

The groundspace of the holiday flat is 40sqm, the front balcony is 5sqm and the rear balcony is 10sqm.

The master bedroom has space for an additional baby cot.

Through the front garden and 4 steps up you reach the entrance of “Margarita”.

This studio is equipped with a double bed, a wardrobe, a dressing table and a bedside table.

The kitchenette contains all utensils for the preparation of a breakfast or a simple meal and of course, refrigerator and sink.

The special feature of “Margarita” is a 15sqm shaded porch.

The size of the porch offers the possibility to put the dining table and the chairs outside.

Together with the shower room this studio has 17sqm.

The colors are blue and relaxing.

Through the front garden, five steps lead up to a porch where the entrance to apartment Toki is located right hand side. The entrance door, the door to the back yard and all windows are double glazed and therefore soundproof.

The lower very spacious living- and kitchen area is equipped with oven, stove, refrigerator and sink. In addition to the cooking- and eating utensils there is also a sandwich toaster, a coffee machine, kettle and a small mixer. Further equipment in this area is a dining table with four chairs, a small drawer/desk and a sofa which can be used as a double bed (1,40m x 2,00m). Under the staircase which leads up to the loft, a cabinet is installed, which can be used as storage for the suitcases.

A modern, luxuriously decorated bathroom completes the lower living area. A spacious glass-enclosed shower (1,20m x 0,80m), a large sink and a comfortable toilet make your stay in the bathroom pure pleasure.

From the lower area left to the entrance door a staircase leads up to the sleeping loft. It is equipped with a double bed (2,00m x 1,60m), two bedside tables, a dressing table and a wardrobe. From this room the window offers a great view over Arillas to the sea and the cliff.

Over the lower living area you reach also the rear veranda with wooden deck, rattan table and two armchairs. There you can enjoy your breakfast and the evenings with a glass of wine.

This small luxury accommodation is designed for two people who like to have space. Bud with the bed sofa it can also accommodate one or two children (extra charge applied).

From the front yard five steps lead up to the 6,5sqm porch of “Charoula”. The colors of this apartment are green and blue tones.

On a floor space of 35sqm you find downstairs the living and dining area and a bed sofa. Located in the same area is also the kitchenette and separate shower room.

From the living area a wooden staircase leads up to a cozy loft/gallery furnished with double bed, a wardrobe, a dresser and a bedside table.

This apartment is designed for two people who want to have plenty of space. On the bed sofa and/or a baby-cot also one or two children can be accommodated

Prices start from 50 euros per night

After crossing the front garden, you will reach the five steps that lead to the 6.82sqm veranda and the entrance.

Alexandros has two rooms. The living/kitchen area has a sofa that can be opened to a double bed, a dining table with two chairs and a kitchenette with fridge, sink, stove with ceramic hob and oven and extractor fan. In addition there are all the utensils to prepare a breakfast or a meal. In the back of this room is also the entrance to the spacious and modern bath room.

The bedroom is furnished with a large double bed, spacious wardrobe and a counter with a large mirror. From the bedroom you can reach a cozy veranda, which is located at the rear side of the building.

This apartment was renovated by us in the year 2017 with great attention to detail and brought to a modern and comfortable stand.

With a floor area of 33sqm it is furnished for two guests. On the sofa in the living area can be well accommodated a child (surcharge).

“Fofo” on compact 17sqm provides everything a person or a couple needs on holiday. This studio has two single beds, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table and a kitchenette with all utensils for breakfast or a simple meal. You can sit inside on a small folding table or in front an the balcony an at the rear new designed an bigger veranda which is framed from the neighbors oleander bushes. In summer a sun-sail spends shadow.

In 2020 the shower-room renovated and made bigger.
