Colleen Grassnick is an experienced Naturopath that holds two Bachelor degrees in the health sector and has recently moved to Corfu from Sydney, Australia. She is passionate about finding the root cause of disease, removing disease-contributing factors and guiding the body through its natural healing processes.
Colleen primarily uses herbal and nutritional medicine, dietary and lifestyle changes, and believes that a healthy mind and body connection is fundamental to thriving in everything we do.
Colleen was born in Germany and has lived in six different countries throughout her life. She spent the last 8 years in Sydney where she completed a 4-year Bachelor of Naturopathy, which included Herbal Medicine, Nutritional Medicine, Homeopathy, Remedial Massage, Bach Flower Essences and Iridology. Apart from the in depth training in the college and at the student clinic, Colleen worked at health food stores that gave her access to the most recently researched herbal and nutritional products. After successfully graduating Colleen also started her own business at a natural health clinic and had a growing clientele for a number of years.
Before becoming a naturopath Colleen could have taken a different path. She completed a Bachelor of Natural Sciences and Liberal Arts in Utrecht, the Netherlands. This degree included extensive cellular biology, chemistry, developmental science, physiology, anatomy, diagnostic training and qualified her to study medicine to become a doctor. However, her heart and mind were fixed on helping people heal themselves naturally with evidence based products, educating clients on health and inspiring them to embrace their uniqueness.
